Orders are shipped with DPD or UPS

Approximate delivery times:

DPD Home Delivery and UPS Standard:
Denmark, Sweden: 3-5 working days
Rest of EU: 3-6 working days
Norway: 3-7 working days (only UPS)

Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days

Rest of the world: 3- 12 working days

UPS Express Saver®
Up to 2 working days (for orders placed before 14:00)

Note: Due to unexpected events those times might lenghten.

We send all our products as trackable packages. We kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your carrier.

We ship Worldwide except from UK

If your country is not on the list, please contact us at hello@emptywall.store, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipment cost.

Shipping to countries besides the EU and Norway is possible, but please be aware of possible additional cost charged by Customs and the Carrier. Empty Wall will not cover those costs.

 

CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT 

If your order is placed from Denmark, Sweden or Norway you will have to pay 25% VAT. 
For other EU countries the VAT is 23%.

For orders outside EU (excluding Norway) you may have to pay additional TAX and duties in the country of destination. Empty Wall is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by Customs or the carrier. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.  

 

NORWAY - CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT

We are registered in Altinn and we are using VOEC (VAT on E-commerce) number to ensure that you do not have to pay any additional VAT or Customs fee.

This applies to orders under 3000 NOK.
